By the time you receive this newsletter, Liquid Investments will be in final phase of the sale of San Diego-based Mesa Distributing Co., Inc. to Harbor Distributing LLC, a Reyes Holdings company.

To say the least, this sale stirs up mixed emotions for everyone involved. We are grateful to each of our retailers, suppliers, employees, and vendors for more than 30 years of support in San Diego - we would not have been successful without you and we thank you!

On behalf of all of the Mesa Distributing employees, I would like to thank Ron Fowler, our chairman/CEO, for his vision, support, risks, personal involvement, and the overall impact he made on so many employees, families, and communities in San Diego. Thank you for the memories, Ron.

Moving forward, Mesa Beverage in Santa Rosa and Colorado Beverage in Grand Junction and Montrose will stay under the Liquid Investments umbrella just as they are today.  We are currently working through approvals to build a new facility in Santa Rosa and we continue to invest in our Colorado operations.  As we settle the close of the Mesa Distributing sale over the next few months, we will be sending out additional communications on future growth and opportunities for the Liquid Investments companies.

Best wishes to Reyes Holdings and Harbor Distributing as well as our retailers, employees, and vendors on a smooth transition as a new chapter is written.
