The industry has spent more than $250 million over the last 10 years to fund research, public safety, education, and prevention campaigns to curb alcohol abuse. The nation's largest brewers are involved in a range of activities to raise awareness. Examples include Miller Brewing Company's "Live Responsibly" campaign, Heineken USA's "SafeCall" program and Coors Brewing Company's "21 Means 21" campaign.
